Emler Lee and Wilma Chapman opened the doors to Chapman’s Amaco in Ethridge, TN

Moved to a new Location

Moved to a new location, one half mile south, and still operates on this site today

Donna & Lenny Purchase Chapmans

Donna, Elmer Lee and Wilma’s daughter, and her husband Lenny Pack, purchased the business two months before Elmer Lee passed. Donna and Lenny changed the business name to Chapman Tire and still own and run the day-to-day operations today

Addition of New Show & Waiting Room

Construction to add additional work bays to the existing building on the south side.

Southern Middle Tennessee Lawn & UTV Opens

Lenny & Donna open a new business, Southern Middle Tennessee Lawn & UTV, and renovations and construction start for an office space and show room and to add an additional building on the south side to provide storage for equipment

SMT Lawn & UTV Grows

As SMT Lawn & UTV grows, need for warehouse space increases. Construction completed to add a separate building on the same lot to the south of Chapman Tire
